Please use this Issue Manager facility to capture any suggested enhancements and/or bugs or training issues that relate to any of your Project/s, either as you come across them or just when they occur to you. We have attached a Datasheet to assist you to understand the various Classifications used in this database and would encourage you to read this prior to use.
The link http://support.srmvitae.com allows you to logon from anywhere, home or office, so you can capture that elusive thought whenever it crops up. Additional logons may be provided for as many of your colleagues or staff as you wish. Just call or email us and we'll arrange it for you. So, whenever, or wherever the inspiration strikes, you can make sure we know about it.
We would encourage and thank you for extending this facility to all your users as this will provide both your own organisation and ours with the broadest possible feedback about your Vitae system or project and helps ensure we provide both the best and most relevant functionality for you.
